Dinosaurs at the Zoo and Easter...

We chose the WINDIEST day possible to visit the zoo. We found the dino exhibit and were surprised to find that the animals had glowing eyes, moved, and growled. It was a bit overwhelming for some. B loved it, and now that we are home and just looking at the pictures Mase loves it too. He says, "I see dinsar at zoooo."
Mase walked thru the entire tent like this until we found the fossil digging sand box.
The Dinos were life size. Look at the size of the T-Rex compared to B! This is the point were my cousin's little boy started crying and saying, "Hold you, Mandy! Hold you!" I got him out of the stroller and he had a death grip on me the rest of the time. I hope he wasn't scarred for life, the zoo is usually such a fun place.

On Saturday, we attempted to go to the egg hunt at church. The hunt started at 11 and we got there at 11:05. We missed the hunt and there were supposed to be 5,000 eggs! Mase found 1 lone egg, and B walked around picking up half eggs and candy that was dropped on the ground.
While the egg hunt was a disappointment, B LOVED the inflatables. He did the obstacle course and jumped in the moon bounce.
Mase, our adventurous climber, would take no part in the inflatables!
The Easter Bunny visited our house while we were at church. He had to hide eggs inside this year due to the yucky rainy weather. The boys had a blast hunting for eggs. B knew he needed to find as many a he could, then look at them. Mase, on the other hand, would find one egg, open it, eat the candy, then look for the next egg. We hosted my mom's family for a big Easter lunch. After lunch, we switched gears and had a baby shower for Lauren and baby Elle.
