Our weekend away

Austin and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary with a weekend 'away'. We spent 2 nights in Bricktown. Some may asks, why stay so close to home? Well, there were many reasons. We didn't spend much money on gas. ; ) We didn't spend a lot of the weekend driving to our destination only to have to stare at a bunch of maps and ask other people where we should eat and what we should do. We never do touristy things in our own city and we don't often choose to fight the traffic just to eat in Bricktown. So, we booked a hotel right in Bricktown and spent the entire weekend there, other then our trip to the new Warren Theater in Moore to see The Dark Night. We ate at several nice restaurants, went to the art museum, went to the movie, and walked around Bricktown. Its nice to know that we can still spend a whole weekend together, just the 2 of us, and have so much fun. My only complaint is that the weekend was not long enough!

Oh that's sweet!!! Happy Anniversary!

And you know what I say "It's always more fun to do it on sheets that someone else has to wash!"

Oh wait....does your mom read your blog! Sorry, please disregard!

Happy Anniversary!
